After discovering Glenn's daughter has celiac, our R&D team dedicated themselves to perfecting the taste, texture, and appearance of various gluten-free baked items, including:

Safety Measures

Although we are not a designated gluten-free facility, we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our gluten-free products. Some of our strict measures include:

  • Designated locked room for gluten-free production

  • Bakers change apron, gloves, and lab coat before entering GF room

  • Exclusive use of equipment for gluten-free items

  • Separate storage of certified gluten-free ingredients

  • Sealing finished products in individual bags within the GF room

  • Assisted selection of items by our staff from the locked GF donut case

Please note: Our gluten-free items are available daily. Gluten-free donuts are only available Thursday through Sunday.
